The Bill (Reg.№3231) envisages the amendments to the article 209 of the effective code that "enable the local councils use funds that are allotted as loss recommendation for the agricultural and forestry production, not only on the land development for the agricultural needs but as well on the lands inventory and payment for the organization of land exploitation projects."
